Are Menagerie Cosmetics products vegan and cruelty-free?

Yes, we are 100% cruelty-free and vegan. We do not test on animals, nor do we use any animal-derived ingredients in our formulas.

How long will it take for my order to ship?

Standard processing time is 3-5 business days. During new collection launches or sales, processing may take up to 7-10 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location and are calculated at checkout.

What is your return policy?

Due to the hygienic nature of cosmetics, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with a photo of the damage.

Will you restock sold-out palettes?

Most of our signature palettes are restocked periodically. We recommend signing up for email notifications on the specific product page to be alerted the moment they are back in stock.
