At Menagerie Cosmetics, we strive for perfection in every palette and pigment; however, due to the hygienic nature of our beauty products, we can only accept returns on unopened and unused items within 14 days of delivery.

  Carefully pack your items in their original shipping box with adequate padding to prevent breakage of delicate powders during transit.

  Ship and Track

  Affix your provided return label and drop the package at any authorized carrier location, keeping your tracking number for reference until your refund is processed.
